G Spot Stimulation can be quite hit and miss. Before I knew what I was looking for I had plenty of misses to my hits. I quickly learnt that for successful G Spot stimulation I need a curve in the shaft. The Sola Cue G Spot Vibrator has such a curve in its shaft.

I was sent the Sola Cue by the fabulous people at Peepshow Toys for review and when I first received the parcel I was decidedly uninspired by the very plain looking Sola Cue. Opening the box, I found the Sola Cue in a plastic tray, lifting this out I found beneath two small boxes and an instruction manual.

Box one contained the charging cable, very important as my Sola Cue G Spot vibrator needed a full charge before I could use it. Sola Cue is USB charge and has a small magnetic charge point at the reverse of the base of the shaft. The charger connected well and charged quickly. Brilliant.

Soft Blue Silicone

Looking at the Sola Cue its made of a very soft blue silicone. Sola say this is slate blue, I say it’s baby blue. It’s far too delicate a colour to be slate. The silicone is very soft and slightly sticky. The surface is extremely matt. There is a high degree of grab to the silicone and it collects a lot of fluff. The base of the Sola Cue G Spot Vibrator is a slightly darker blue given a two-tone effect.

The Sola Cue is 7.5 inches in length, it looks quite long in my hand. Of these 7.5 inches only 5 are insertable, this is a bit less impressive. The circumference is around 4.5 inches at the thickest point. This is more promising.

Shape is extremely important when selecting a G Spot Vibe. The G Spot is located on the front wall of the vagina about halfway between your cervix and your vaginal opening, around 2 inches inside you. It’s best stimulated by a curved shaft or a beckoning motion with your fingers.

Banana Bend

The Sola Cue shaft is curved upwards giving better access to your G Spot. The curve is almost like a banana bend, and quite subtle but a little goes a long way. The shaft leads to a pronounced bulbous head.

The controls of the Sola Cue are situated on the base of the shaft at the front. This consists of two buttons and I’ll be honest it took me a few minutes to work out how to use the Sola Cue. To switch the Sola Cue on you press and hold the + button for 3 seconds, to switch it off you press and hold the – button for 3 seconds. So far so good but not immediately apparent, thank goodness for instructions.

Lots of Choice

There are 10 settings to the Sola Cue which is a great variety. 5 of these are steady speeds and 5 are pulse patterns. To access the different settings, you need to press the + button. This will scroll you through 5 different steady speeds and then into the pattern settings. To go back a setting, you press the – button. Pleased to see there is the ability to go back as well as forwards as this makes changing settings during use much easier. There is no way to change the intensity on the patterns of the Sola Cue. The +/- button is a bit deceiving here.

The vibrations are very strong and rumbly. It takes me by surprise when it kicks into life. The steady speeds feel very promising at the higher levels. The pulse patterns are nothing out of the ordinary but still very strong.

Because the Sola Cue is made of silicone you need to be careful in your choice of lube. Water based lube is perfectly safe and won’t damage the surface of your toy. Silicone or hybrid lubes are not compatible with the Sola Cue.

Massaging Sensation

Applying a little water based lube to the surface of the Sola I decided it was time to give it a go. Inserting the Sola Cue feels lush. The wide head stretches me as it slides inside and as it bottoms out it hits my G Spot perfectly. This induces a deep moan as the silicone rubs against my G Spot, massaging and arousing it perfectly.

The vibrations from the Sola Cue feel great deep inside me. They are so rumbly they travel through my abdomen in a delicious way. The vibration rumbles against my swelling G Spot sending waves of intense pleasure through me. The patterns are great to warm up with, but I need a steady speed to achieve a G Spot orgasm. The highest steady speed is just the ticket to provide that continuous stimulation needed to push me over the edge.

Double Bubble

Another awesome thing about the Sola Cue is I can use it to great effect for clitoral stimulation as well. The vibrations feel great when I press the head against my clit and I can get an intense clitoral orgasm this way. Double bubble!

The volume level of the Sola Cue is good and discreet. When using it I barely noticed the noise which can only be good. You could easily use the Sola Cue with other people in the house, in fact I was louder than the toy.

In Summary

The Sola Cue doesn’t look much to the eye, but it feels oooooh so good inside you. If you’re looking to experiment G Spot stimulation the Sola Cue would be a great place to start as it was so bang on the money.

Being fully waterproof the Sola Cue can be used safely in the bathroom and is easy to clean. It’s also totally body-safe and phthalate free. Hooray!

I can’t see the Sola Cue venturing far from my bedside anytime soon. I’ve begun experimenting using the Sola Cue inside me and the Satisfyer on my clit to hit deep, wonderful blended orgasms which quite frankly make me see stars.

You can buy the Sola Cue G Spot Vibrator for $79.50 from Peepshow Toys.
