I’ve been reviewing my way through the many Fun Factory Dildos in my collection and this time it’s the turn of the excitingly named Fun Factory Tiger. As always, the box for the Tiger is the standard Fun Factory dildo box. Sporting bright colours and a bold picture of the product.

My Fun Factory Tiger is a bright hot red but it is also available in black if bright colours aren’t your thing. I love the colour choices offered by Fun Factory as it gives you more of a chance to personalise your collection.

Silicone Stripes

The Tiger is so called because like its namesake it has stripes. The sides of the shaft are covered with raised, alternating stripes. This creates amazing texture to the Fun Factory Tiger. The Tiger is made of silicone making it totally body-safe and non-porous. This is so important for internal toys as it prevents the toy from absorbing germs and fluids.

Measuring 8 inches in total length the Fun Factory Tiger is no shrinking violet. Of those 8 inches 7 are insertable. A 4.5-inch girth feels bigger somehow, because of the texture I think. The silicone is sticky and matt. There is a slight yield to it, but it’s remarkably firm overall.

Sticky Surface

I find all Fun Factory dildos have this tacky feel to the silicone. It gives good friction internally but means the dildos require a lot of lube for play. Speaking of lube Fun Factory dildos are only compatible with water based lube. Silicone or oil lubes will damage the surface of your stripy friend. The sticky surface does tend to pick up hair and fluff horribly though. I seem to spend my life removing collected lint from the Fun Factory Tigers hungry surface.

The shaft of the Tiger has a very slight curve to it. This is great for G Spot stimulation and it does indeed reach mine nicely. Perhaps not as well as the Fun Factory Boss but I’ve concluded that the Boss was made for my anatomy.

A smaller head than I’m used to on Fun Factory dildos tops the Tiger. It’s very slight taper allows for an easy penetration but means there is less surface area to stimulate the G Spot. Which is a bit of a shame. The stripes are quite pronounced for silicone texturing, even against my fingers it feels deliciously bumpy. I can’t wait to see if this translates inside me.

A Super Base

The base of the Fun Factory Tiger is a wide flared platform of silicone. This is a three-fold bonus, firstly it can be used beautifully in harnesses. Flexible silicone makes the harness experience comfortable for the wearer as well as the receiver. Secondly, the wide base is great for anal play. All anal toys need to have flared bases to ensure they don’t travel up inside you. And thirdly, the base doubles as an excellent suction cup to keep the Tiger steady when riding it. It’s a hell of a base!

So, using the Fun Factory Tiger, firstly the sticky silicone requires plenty of lube slicked over it, even if I’m particularly turned on. The grainy sticky surface really grabs and almost seems to absorb the lube. Sliding the shaft inside me I was shocked to find I could actually feel every stripe against my labia. The texture is so good, I found it was great to rub the lubed up shaft over my clit for added sti as well.

Once slid deep inside me the curved shaft allows the slight head to brush my G Spot tantalisingly. The sticky silicone comes into its own allowing the head to grab and pull my insides deliciously. Twisting the Fun Factory Tiger inside me felt amazing.

Easily Washed

Despite the Fun Factory Tiger being great for anal fun, for me it’s a non-starter. The texture is too intense in my arse. In fact, I’ve quickly concluded I’m not a fan of texture anally. However, this is a personal preference, the shape, size and texture of the Tiger would make it a great anal dildo for texture lovers.

Washing the Tiger is easy enough because of its silicone shaft. You can pop it in a sink of hot water and wash with antibac soap or even boil it. This is great however; the raised ridges of the stripes will require a little special attention as they can gather fluids.

In Summary

The Tiger is waterproof making it great for the shower or bath, especially with the suction cup base. Sticking it against the wall makes for great shower based doggy fun, just be careful not to slip!

Fun Factory sell the Tiger for €44,90 which is a good price for a solid silicone dildo of this size. Although the Fun Factory Tiger isn’t my favourite Fun Factory dildo it certainly did make me purr like a kitten.
